Not sure how to balance it, but Nightmare Vision makes it too easy to basically be nearly permanently intangible when you get apparition. Perhaps it should get rid of the ethereal keyword on cards it retrieves, but make them exhaust on playing? Perhaps it should have some per fight memory, where it increasingly penalizes you for retrieving the same kind of card.
