Selling worn and damaged items

Hey.

How i can make the worn and damaged items to sellable to lower price?

etc:
1 pristine SVD sell price is 15.000
1 worn SVD sell price lower 15% than pristine
1 damaged SVD sell price is lower 50% than pristine?
