The AI never builts any ships for a navy, and supply is completely broken
As the title says. The AI never has any navy so island nations are entirely useless on their own, and will declare war but be completely unable to fight. The supply is really broken and there are tons of tiny little pockets where your troops will die because they have no supply, even though the next tile over is fine.
