[BUG] Settings not correctly loaded on Deadicated Server

I noticed that the Mods seems to have problems with loading the correct settings file while being used on a deadicated server. It seems to fallback to the default values. Even so the files are present in the correct loacations in the gobale stroage and in the local save location.

It would be nice if this was fixed.
