Appreciate the help but it was still kinda confusing doing it for the first time. If there is anyone who didn't find it after reading melon's post maybe you can find it this way:
If you start steam vr and you are in a weird void place where you see circles on the floor and depending if you ever changed your play area (you might see mountains in the background) then click one of the menu buttons to bring up steamvr menu that is mostly grey. Select Show advanced settings on the bottom left. then select general and enable SteamVR Home.
Select Home on the bottom middle. Turn around to the big wall and select environments on the top and look for a picture that has a white floor, black roof and a brown guy standing on the middle. That is what you need. It should also have a green check mark on that picture. Select it and visit alone.
