Which game it made for?

Add your releaseversion of TestHMD to the Steam-Shop and there i could buy it without a need of creditcards or PayPal.
And i would pay for the fullversion around 10 bucks.

In this program real horizontal fov of oculus quest 2 is about 55-60 degree.... I am confused :(

Noting this down for future reference: My OG Vive with a GearVR Lens mod (don't do it) gets 103 FOV on average.

Actually had same problem at first, but then figured out that it is not found on the wall in SteamVR home, but you need to press B button (I have HP reverb G2) and a window pops up. This menu has the environments in it also and the test can be found here.

Also cannot find this.

I'm not certain if this is an issue with Steam, because it shows a bunch of environments I CAN subscribe to and no way to search or filter.

On the Valve Index, it is the B button that brings up the environment menu that has this environment. I see roughly 100-110 degree FOV, max.

How do i start this tool? subscribed, but not listed in my library and not show in SteamHome in the environments panet. I am stupid... Help.

the stuff on the walls needs to be higher resolution for the text, very blurry when you get close up

Version 2.0 is coming! In a week (or so) you will have it in a better and fancy look, completely refreshed and quest compatible. The Diagonal FOV should be a must, I agree with you.

Just stumbled across this environment the other day and think it's awesome. As a suggestion for improvement, a nice addition to include in it would be to add a fov test range that is calibrated to diagonal fov since that's how they are usually expressed. It's possible that just combining the red poles for the horizontal combined with the vertical test could be corresponded to a chart or other calibrated stats. Either way, great work!

That's weird! It's the official community site & forum. I'm porting this test to Unreal to get rid of all of this SteamVR limitations. :)

try clicking on link and get blocked by Steam....This link has been flagged as potentially malicious.

MRTV, it's an environment, so just subscribe to it and then launch it via de environments panel (the panel where all your subscriptions are located... just like any other).
