I found it without any problems. You can find it in enviroments.

More specifically it is not in the environments found on the wall in SteamVR, but rather in the pop up menu you get from pushing the B button.

Nothing pops up when i push the B button in the steam vr home. Also I dont see environments on the wall.

You can access it via playing SteamVR Home, the home environment that is NOT the void.
