Ogre slayer location. (UWE)

Does UWE mess with ogre slayer spawning in the hub?
Also in the event i want the shek to take the hub, ,will i need to kill Holy outlaw leader?

I loaded uwe before RW

As far as I know, the UWE patch pretty much completely removes my overrides for the Hub, in favour of its own versions. And yes, you have to take out the HNO leader for the shek to takeover I believe.
