With that said, if Historical Focuses are ON, the AI will NOT take the focus to break from Denmark before 6/15/1943 in order to keep with history.
After seeing some of the comments about localization problems, I decided to go through your code. I have some notes that can make your mod compatible with a lot of other mods.
How to fix localization issues when using other mods:
If you rename the localization files to something along the lines of "sca_parties_l_english.yml" and then remove all the loaclization you do not use.
Then you will not overwrite the original file, but the localization will still be recognized by the game, and it will give other mods the opportunity to change localization as well.
I simply made them non-aligned democracies. They should still all be historically accurate. The only difference is that the democratic side is with the people who were more likely to take a more aggressive pro-britain, anti-germany stance.
