I've tried every solution I could find online, but nothing works. When game starts, I see the notification that mod has been installed, but after starting the game, I don't see all skills, just the ones that come with vanilla version. The layout, however, does look updated. I also can't designate classes, so the only option I have is to promote a soldier, at which point a random class is assigned. I've tried changing mod options in options menu, but it is not clear what exactly has to be changed there. I've seen on Youtube that other people have an option on the bottom of soldiers menu to pick a class and when it is clicked, there is an option to select "Soldier" class. I don't have that. Am I doing something wrong or is it a mod bug?
