Hi, the Carbonemys ignored and take not the Pteranodon-kibble-bait, if i throw it in front of him (one kibble-bait on 0 and push this key). I have taming many creatures with this kind of action (the first 35% of taming). I play on ragnarok on a non-official server. And i have not changed any settings or ini.
PS: i have tested with arrow-baits, the Carbonemys ignored all baits.
Ok, all wild Creature ignored arrow bait and kibble-bait for his feet. What could i do?

If you haven't played in a few days, there's been an update that will require a one time reset of settings for bait preferences to re-populate.

Can be completed by using console command admincheat ScriptCommand ITSettings on SP or as host in a locally hosted session, via the Taming Journal as an admin, or by deleting your ImmersiveTamingSettings.sav file

Will have a look into it. I've not really looked into how gamepads work with the UI, but I'll see what I can do.

So I'm using classic flyers mod to introduce non-native flyer spawns to the Island, when I try to tame a Phoenix with Sulphur baits, it eats it, starts the taming process, but the taming immediately starts going down as soon as it's finished eating, as well as having the efficiency going down. I haven't got the taming inefficiency option on, and can use the mod like normal with pretty much any other creater I've come across, so seems to be specific to the phoenix so far. Is this normal/intended behaviour for the phoenix when immersive taming it?

Are the baits selected as preferred when checking the Dino Settings? Also, the meats are down to stacking mods, as mentioned in the FAQ on the main mod page.

hand feeding kibble baits bug.
all default setting
Lv100 rex
drop kibble bait=4.3%
hand feedind kibble bait=1.2%
There is no point in doing hand feeding.

Ah yes. Already fixed for next update. It's actually using the affinity for Spoiled Meat bait atm. Occured from adding the two new baits last update.

Thanks for letting me know

As clearly stated in the discussions, Therizinos are Combat Tames by default, and require a Yuty lung bait to initiate combat.

Not a bug. It's your stacking mod. This is detailed in the FAQ section of the mod description and has its own discussion page.

Hey, just thought you should know, I had a problem with raptors refusing all bait. When I used the command to reset the settings, standard raptors had no baits listed for them at all. I copied over the settings from the aberrant raptors so that should have fixed it, but I thought you might want to check it. Thanks for the mod, its awesome :)

Mod breaks if a admin's client crashs while configuring the immersive taming settings as the mod does not seem to check at all if an admin is actually still configuring the mod, locking out the admin from entering the settings menu.

I assume only a server restart can fix this.

Firstly, are they completely vanilla raptors? If so, they're working as normal from my end. There's also no reason Aberrant Raptors would work, but regular wouldn't, as they're just child classes with different materials and damage properties.

Ensuring selected baits are selected and used, there's a number of things that could prevent dinos from taking regular food or kibble baits -

- They're aggro'd on something,
- You or a member or dino of your tribe recently attacked it or any of its nearby allies
- The tame has ended either manually or by damaging the dino too much in a short duration. Both these reasons for apply a 90 sec cooldown to the dino and all its nearby allies, preventing them from being immersive tamed until the timer completes.
