Necromancy already overrides the mood effects? Or do you mean adding a meme for necromancy specifically that also makes it so your people don't care about corpses?

Should probably be a way to embue physical classes like magic ones.

I think adding a physical class meme is next on my list and the concept for that will lean more on how strength is used (to protect or to subjugate). I'll see about adjusting the magic related meme a bit to make it more distinct but it will continue to be a single scale with hate - dislike - like - venerate.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but some precepts concerning undead would be really neat. As best as I can tell, not caring about dead bodies and such doesn't seem to have any effect on how anyone save for necromancers and liches feel about the undead.

I've been wanting to make a necropolis colony based off a faction from my D&D games, but since there aren't any precepts for tolerating / not caring / revering the undead, it's throwing a bit of a monkey wrench into things. ☺♥

EDIT: Oops, I just noticed that this very thing was mentioned not three posts from the end. Well, just consider this a +1 from me. lol

I fully second this. Would add great (even greater) depth to playing with Rimworld of Magic.

so im not the only one that has an undead opperated empire in there D&D world
i 3rd this option
all hail the Krieg Empire

but i guess other things similar to this would be neat like for golems or dryads (warhammer or rimworld)

Apologies if it's been said already but it would be great if Undead weren't immediately slaves or "Undead Slaves" was a meme all by itself. I've got abhorrent alien slaves, abhorrent slaves so now all of my guys are getting really sad because i want a necromancer to be a necromancer.

necromancer's undead can revolt against them since there "slaves"

I've played a ton with necromancers and have never seen this happen. As far as I am aware they are always automatically suppressed. Any info on the conditions that lead up to your rebellion?

Is this the best place to post Ideology bugs?

Having an issue with the "Bestow Magic" ritual.

I have a colonist without either magic or combat traits, and the ritual says:
"Disabled: You need a colonist without the gift of might or magic to start the [Ritual name]"

On top of that, the descriptive text says it can only be performed on a specific date, but the ritual can only be set to "anytime".

I've looked all over, but I cannot find a "Physically Adept" ideology. With Transcendent, I can use a Void Seeker to awaken magic in another pawn - but how do I awaken Might? It seems like some prehistoric ritual involving mushrooms and blood drinking should grant physically adept to a pawn, yes?

Is it possible to get a magic tree? Like the gauralnen.. however it's spelt.. or the anima tree? Having some sort of magic equivalent of dryad, maybe one that produces a small amount of magicyte, another variation could be a magic creature/dryad that produces mana but can't use magic, and have it so it can give mana to mages.
