This is a relatively benign error. It just means that something (likely VGP or Extended Woodworking) has already done what this patch does. It can be safely ignored.

When I build the Vanilla Expanded Medieval Torch out of Bones, I get this error. It does not effect the torch itself.

During running game circa every 2 seconds the screen flickered and I have got this red error in dev-mode. After cancelling this mod from modlist my savegame runs without flickering.

I had exactly the same problems
For me it was a WeaponsLocker from "LWM's Deep Storage" with a lot of weapons with infusions from "Infusion 2". Then i foundout from here that maybe there is too much "Defs" in one cell that make game flickering somehow

Oops, I forgot my post here.
My issue was caused by a special mod with bones. After cancelling this the flickering disappeared :lunar2019grinningpig: .
