Description


About
The Second Indochina War, more commonly known as the Vietnam War, would see a major escalation in 1965. American troops would increase significantly in numbers and at the same time northern communists flooded the south en masse. The fight against the Americans and their southern allies would be led by two main groupings; the army of the North, called the People's Army Of Vietnam, and the local southern communist guerrillas organized under the National Liberation Front. Their motto: Quyết thắng - Determined to win


Content
This mod aims to bring you factions and equipment representing the communist forces during the Vietnam War. I will try to make all content with historical authenticity in mind though sometimes sacrifices might have to be made for gameplay purposes or simply lack of proper good sources in an area. Total goal of the mod is to make period specific factions from 1965-1975 ish but no promises of any ETA or if even all that will ever get done.

@JokersWarPig I know Alive has trouble spawning factions with custom categories which might be causing it. I have no clue how to fix it as I don’t really use Alive but I will take a look at it if I can fine a solution sometime.

Having a little trouble getting this to work with Alive. Actual AI don't spawn from any of the factions, but for some reason empty migs will. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
