Description
A new level of international status has been added: superpower.

Borrowed from another superpower mod .
Great Powers can now join customs unions, and can vassalize major Powers through diplomatic games

Increase the number of optional principle groups from 4 to 10, add an additional 17 principle groups, and add diplomatic assistance actions (requiring unlocking of assistance principle groups).

Expansion module and compatible patches:

would be really great if you made a version that just added the new rank and doesnt include the power block stuff (also the correct name for the rank would prob be hyper power which im pretty sure was basically what the uk was )

学者所有是需要同时启用教育三原则+技术治国法律，只有教育3的话不能改。
因为只要求一个条件的话强度就太高了
