Description
Added pharmaceutical factories and hospitals.
Pharmaceutical factories produce pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceuticals are used for the consumption of narcotics by the population and in hospitals.
Hospitals consume pharmaceuticals and administrative resources, reduce regional mortality rates, lower regional pollution, and have production methods that can regulate regional birth rates.
Adjusted health laws to adapt to hospitals and pharmaceutical factories.
Added one basic pharmaceutical company and 15 specialty pharmaceutical companies.

一个医院就要1%的人口行政力花费乘数,这个数值也太离谱了,改成0.1%还差不多

没有减税收debuff,只有减行政力debuff,等下会把医院需要的投入和人力减少一些

这个医院如果大规模建造实在是有损财政,但是为了减少污染又不得不大规模建造,能不能把减税收的buff改一改呢,医院减税收我也没想明白是个什么原理。。。

There's been a keyword change in how graphics are referred to in 1.8, so all the building graphics now are not functioning. It's a small change, and thankfully it's still functional.

But yeah, would love to see some of those aforementioned problems with over-demand and over-dependency see a fix, along with this little thing to update.

personally I edited down a bit further (assuming by .75 its 75%) but yeah, I also feel like the system for pop demand is weird

@Muhammadonov yeah, I found that out pretty quickly when I first downloaded this mod as well. Unfortunately, the weighting and max share of pop needs in this mod is very unreasonable. Ironically, due to the way the system works, by building more pharmaceuticals factories you are actually making the problem worse (until such a point where pharmaceuticals production has surpassed nearly every other intoxicant combined). With a max share of 100% of the pop need, and a weighting of 4x you quickly run into a problem where pharmaceuticals is supposed to be 90%+ of your intoxicants pop needs in addition to all that your hospitals will need. You might try to change the variables around a bit to make things more reasonable, IIRC I turned the weighting down to 1.5 (matching Opium) and the max share to 0.75 (so that other intoxicants will still have a demand).
