Alternate diving wheel kick, using bits from the big wheel kick

Damage matches the default move

Update: Changed the attacker's ending position in the facing down angle. I didn't re-gif it, but it looks closer to the facing up angle in that now

This looks way better than the in-game animation. I've never understood why they chose to animate that move the way they did
