The journal wouldn't have killed you regardless of the instability caused by the update.

I logged off from the game with the journal in the inventory. Update came along and as soon as I get into the game my character instantly dies. I'm guessing is because of the journal :( PZ is unplayable without journal unless if you set exp gain to 1000%

If this helps (it might be obvious) but the error magnifyer identifies (displays) a lot of errors only when the mouse is hovering the skills boxes in the UI. My guess is that it is completly normal under the actual situation.

almost no mods will be compatible and the update hasn't even been out a day
