Detailed Description

Reroll pool leader attribute.
Express contact, use a series button to contact enclaves and other important factions.
A large number of additional empire colors to choose from
Detailed top bar to show more resources and information
A customized tiny outliner.

Left Side Main Menu sort below main MOD
Right Side Main Menu sort below main MOD

Must be above Core Framework & Modmenu
Must be below UI Overhaul Dynamic
Sort below as many mods as possible, except for compatibility patches
NSC and related compatibility patches should be below this in the load order
