Kaiserreich - Kingdom of Italy Redone Submod

Description
*Background**

This mod was made to consolidate the two monarchist factions in Italy. The PoD here is that the Italians never accept a treaty that breaks them up, but instead take on massive economic sanctions, war debt, and lose their early colonies. The economic impact is severe and radicalization takes hold of the North Italians, emboldened by the French Revolution. The Italian peninsula ends up in a full blown war, with the Syndicalists pushing the Savoyards all the way to Abruzzo. It is only thanks to English and Austrian intervention that the Kingdom does not collapse in on itself.

In the inter-war years, the Kingdom of Italy is now a weakened state in the south propped up by the Entente. The Mezzogiorno, a fertile land with grand plantations and vineyards, remains dormant and largely agricultural. The King of Italy, Vittorio Emmanuele III was originally content to allow the day-to-day running of the Kingdom to the Civil Government, but has since been forced to exercise greater executive power. While originally praised by the Sicilians for bravely remaining in Rome during the Syndicalist advancements, his popularity has waned with each passing day.

The Kingdom is at a crossroads politically with democratic elements at odds with Monarchists and Integralists. The Sicilian Mafiasos further entrench themselves and spread their corruption, infiltrating multiple levels of government and society. And, of course, there is always the Syndicalists in the North, plotting the spread of their revolution.

@Mr. Huey Long 22 For now the mod seem have problems with the map in the present version of the kaiserreich mod and i assume that it will take some time to fix. However, i am sure that a update well come, although i am not the developer or in contact with him, but historically speaking updates have been made in due time so i would keep my hop's up :D

3. The building slots did disappear! And I totally didn't notice. The capitol too. This is due to the changing of conventions in the file, where, for example, the state Latium went from the old format "city" to the new format, a simple number.

4. I have re-added the Kingdom to the Entente. Its removal was actually an oversight on my part - as a part of an update I was working on long ago, involving the Kingdom no longer being part of the Entente at the start, to compensate for the TI not being part of the Commune, but Italy being allowed to join down the road. This was to try to level out what the devs have been working on and to help limit the Entente and Germany from outright curbstomping the TI. I will likely readdress this later when I am not as busy.

The bugs mentioned have been fixed with some caveats. I'll explain those below with explanations of why the bugs were happening and HOW I fixed them, for the curious.

1. Event conflicts appear to have been caused by Paradox moving the events folder to the main directory rather than the common/ sub-directory. Therefore, KR's events were overwriting mine.

2. Rather than manually changing the colorization of the Country every update I've opted to utilize the cosmetic tag for Sardinia turning it into the Kingdom of Italy. It is now the shade of green used by that cosmetic tag. But it should solve that issue.
