Hero Rebalance - Reaper

Description
Reworks some of Reaper's perk. Reaper was already (too) powerful class in vanilla, So this mod does not give too much power to Reaper. Instead, this mod moves some of OP Perks to upper ranks, and buffs some underpowered perks.

Stealth
Saboteur
Marksman
Squaddie
Shadow - No change.
Claymore - No change.
Corporal
Target Definition - No change.
Blood Trail - In addition to original effect, gain +10 aim aginst target.
Sergeant
Shrapnel - No change.
Needle - No change.
Lieutenant
Remote Start - No change.
Distraction - No change.
Captain
Sting - Sting shot now have penalty-less squadsight. 2 charges.
Soul Harvest - No change.
Major
Silent Killer - No change.
Highlands - No change.
Banish - No change.
Colonel
Shadow Rising - Shadow charge is increased by 1. Once per mission, Reaper can make whold squad enter concealment for 3 turns when Reaper is in shadow.
Homing Mine - Applies rupture to main target.
Annihilate - No change.
GTS
Infiltration - No change.


Compatibility
Some mods that use Reaper perks, like Reaper Scythe Class, will be using the perks from this mod. They will mostly function, but some abilities like Shadow Rising will be more powerful than the author's intention.

SWR Hidden Potential WotC confilicts with this mod. To resolve that, replace the Reaper section in XComClassData.ini of SWR Hidden Potential WotC with contents in https://pastebin.com/aYcw8fED.

This mod is meant to be used with new campain. Activating this mod in mid-campain can cause strange behavior which I can't really fix.

How can I use the new perks without others abilities changed?

Hi, which .ini should I be altering if I want to change some of the xcom abilities a reaper can get? In the original XcomclassDate.ini or is there something I should be changing somewhere in this mod? Thanks.

That edit on xcomclassdata.ini, i can just copy-paste or i have to place each line on the right place? And i just realize that conflict after i got the 3 heroes and leveled up to sergeant, there no fix for they? If i recruit new heroes theirs skills will be fixed or that campaign is lost and i need to start a new one?

Hello there. I'm trying your 3 hero class rebalance and i use SWR Hidden Potential. I did you you tell in the description. Everything looks fine except that in all 3 classes there's an extra rank (Brigadier) at the end with the same skills of the squadie rank? Am i doing something wrong, can this be a conflict with some other mod?

I agree with the policy not to make the reaper stronger any more.
But vanilla Infiltration is not fun effect simply.
Is there something interesting idea like Rebalanced Parkour?

Throwing claymore ends turn seems to be one possibility.

@Flashstriker Claymore usually gets detonated in one turn anyway. Hmm. I'll look for a better idea.

@chrdr52723 I'd definetly be agains't that - the range is pretty short as is. Maybe make it only last a turn?

I have an idea for remote start. while in conselment they can remote start a purifer's tank but not so OP like a mod that does this but it makes so OP
