Description
This mod changes the Kaiserreich puppets closer to how vanilla puppets work although you still can't change puppet level.
This makes it so that autonomy level of puppet gives the overlord 10% of their Civilian Industry and 25% of their Military Industry,

Works on 0.25 beta.

This submod should be part of the base mod. Without it you may as well just annex everyone and eat up the stability/ws penalty as the puppets are useless.

Does this still work? What about Kaiserredux?

Kaiserreich is great but expansion feels so meaningless, gaining literally nothing...AI is too bad to play as well
