Hard Earned Districts

Description
Districts in the base game were simply underwhelming and lackluster. Easily farmable and not much of a reward. This mod aims to increase the benefits of each district, reworking some, and add usefulness to each one, but this will not come without a cost. All districts have had their requirements significantly increased in order to balance out bonuses and provide a sense of Pride and Accomplishment™ for building each one.

Among the increased prices and bonuses, all bosses now have a chance to drop blueprints:
  1. Apprentice Bosses: 50% chance to drop 1-2 blueprints, 50% chance to drop nothing
  2. Veteran Bosses: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 25% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  3. Champion Bosses: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 50% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  4. The Collector: 50% chance to drop 1-2 blueprints, 50% chance to drop nothing
  5. The Shrieker: 50% chance to drop 1-2 blueprints, 50% chance to drop nothing
  6. The Shambler: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 25% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  7. The Brigand Vvulf: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 50% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  8. The Fanatic: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 50% chance to drop 2 blueprints

Other Miscellaneous changes include:
  1. The district UI was made wider to properly fit the new effect descriptions.
  2. The vast majority of districts now require two different heirlooms in order to build along with the gold and blueprints cost.
  3. Blueprints now stack to 5 instead of 1.
  4. The prices in Radiant mode was made half or less than the normal price. All districts only cost one blueprint in Radiant mode.
  5. The Flesh now drops blueprints. In the base game, this did not happen because adding blueprints to The Flesh's loot table would've caused it to drop more than 1 blueprint. This mod fixes that.

Notes
  1. I recommend using my Blueprints mod.
  2. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.
  3. The only edits made to boss files was adding special loot codes for blueprints. It is safe to place boss overhauls such as Cho's Boss Reworks above all HED mods but you will get less blueprints in total.
  4. I highly recommend using a unique musketeer mod

im having issues with "stack it or go home" mod and the only thing i've changed is install this mod, would it conflict with stack increase mods?
also is it fine to remove it from a save or would it brick a save if removed?

Is this mod not compatible with any new bosses / enemies mods? Would installing such mods altogether with the HED cause crashes / bugs or just absence of blueprint drops from modded bosses?

Museum isn't working - using District Expansion, CoM patch, and Dungeon Master's Altars. How do I fix it? There's an earlier comment but it doesn't actually tell you what to write in - just says 'make a mod'.

Apparently the interest doesn't work.
I have yet to build it, so I'm not sure.
