Rotors FlipXZ

Description
Allows to set the FlipTyreRotationXZ float to 1 for rotors shader vehicle sub meshes.
Can be used for blimp and plane propellers, or glass windows.

This mod currently throws an exception:

"The Mod D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\1433003062 [FlipXZ.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

Rotors FlipXZ is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.
Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.
