Description

Allows you to equip any armor skins excluding reaper and templar thighs.

I've updated the mod to include:
-Slider added for rookies
-civilians added
-jane/shen/tygan/central added
-names added for all items

Hey, it's been a long time since I've worked on this, honestly I can't even remember how it works. I do remember there were issues with using the skirmisher/templar/reaper arms and legs on other classes. I believe it was possible but it look really bad/broken which is why I turned them off.

I noticed the Skirmisher arms with the hero underlay are commented out in the .ini. I'd like to use them on classes other than skirmishers, but uncommenting them does nothing. Is there any other changes I need to make?
