(Adding on to what nAS said) All my trucks have become unnaturally unstable after I downloaded the mod. I flip more often, the cab freaks out whenever I flip over, and this even is for trucks that don't use the DCT! Recently did a 400km journey from Germany to Luxenbourg, flipped around 10-15 times, took 2 1/2 days (Irl, im in pain) and its just painful, but the trucks keep great speed, my trucks now have a TON of get-up-n-go, but please fix.

@The Danish Guy If you're desperate for this engine, follow the instructions from my post in the Love the mod discussion. Then drag a soundbank folder from another mod closest to this engine or any engine into this one. Not the best and accurate solution, but it gives you sound. But use that only for yourself; don't publicize a mod where you took a soundbank from somewhere else. That is for your personal use only. And it's also temporary. As soon as the author updates this mod, your change in this mod is overwritten. So, when that happens, you don't need to deal with a sound not fitting 100%. So don't worry about missing an update for this mod. If you have questions, contact me.

there is no sound on it in version 1.39

Are you working on sound? Please, fix this.

Regarding the comment from @SovietWarBear NL, the tight gear spacing is for the super heavy loads where you need the tight gear ratios to keep the engine in the peak power band.

Why the V8 logo on the MAN TGX? Isn't the Iron Knight an I-6 engine? Can you remove that if it is? I'm regarding the badge folder in the man TGX folder. I can' get rid of it.

shift fast but got to many gear who are to close so shift to much and when you got 18 gears you dont need +2

After the last update, the cabin physics are mega-corrupted. I've tested it and without this mod there is no problem. Can you take a look? The truck I use is the Volvo FH16 2012 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=687296903 but it affects all the vanilla trucks also.

Yes. I got that problem when wanted to use some of the awards from the latest official event.

what version of ETS 2 can use?

This mod seems to be responsible for me losing engine sound on some trucks. Sometimes it affects the in-cab sound, sometimes the entire truck's sound. I know it's most likely the mod's fault because disabling it brings it all back.

Hate to say it, but this mod might be broken... Anyone else having the same problem?

Hey, love the mod, but how come the Iron Knight engine isn't available in the newer Volvo FH?

I'd love if this were updated to work with custom trucks as well, i've found a liking to RJL Scania and would absolutely love using this engine and transmission with it.

ok, i will go look where i got Aradeath link, and i'll give you other links to, as a lot of truckers sit with trucks that is mostly ATS truck, and as in real live we have American trucks running all over Eurep, Africa and so on, not just in USA, and if you pull this off, you the man in every one eyes that are looking for this pack for Volvo, and love there Volvo trucks, as every thing in this game revolfs around Scania, this will really up the game for us truckers driving other models than scania. Thanks Friend for doing this.

@White Wolf i'm not able to do the job if i can't find the mod. can you link the mod? but it's going to be pretty long since i'm working with ohaha's volvo and ATS2 trucks too.

i'm ussing ets2, what you mean by only stock trucks ? My Volvo VNL is not a ingame Euro truck,,,,,,,so i'm stuck with the high ref Allison 4500 gearboxes as the other boxes (tranmisions boxes) are poop when doing hevy loads, they stall on a incline . i use a Volvo 856 Hp engine, going bigger Hp nor real, and you still have that stall on the engine on the pull away, not fair lol, give me deal clutch please. Let me know when ready bro :) can i be friend you ?

The revs at 90km/hr is 1200 when i am doing a WOT contract (the speed limit is capped at 90)

@Jasmaz hehe, at 120km/h it will rev at 1000 ish RPM and at 180 km/h it can do low revs too that's what i meant. It's all about flexibility in rev range. That's why it has MANY gears, it's created for the guys who loves speed too not only for fuel economy.
If you want the mod that is more realistic, i have created another mod with standard transmission with Dual Clutch mod. You can search dual clutch transmission in the workshop.
I really apologise if this is not quite perfect for your needs. I'll improve best i can each update.

I don't want top speed i dont to 180kms/hr! the max i do is 120! so i want to be in top gear at 120 and be low revs for fuel economy, not travelling at stupid speed and sucking up fuel at an alarming rate!

@Jasmaz the low diff. ratio is for efficiency. The transmission feels much more lighter with low diff. especially with low power engines.
