That was awesome! Played it in two sessions which added to roughly 2 hours + puzzle solving in my dreams during the night in between :D
The first try was pretty bumpy and I needed a lot of time to understand what was going on. I hardly had any good ideas on how to proceed. I needed to stop at the first time the player takes the elevator platform. After the penny had dropped, the second playthrough actually was plain sailing. What a relief, what a reward having beaten this! This map is hard but fair, I want to encourage everyone to give it a chance. There are no insanely long cascades, just a lot of tricky maneuvers altogether.
I agree with all the others saying that all those reuses make the map great. The connections between rooms plus one maneuver following the other is extraordinary.
Pretty well done for a PeTI map ;-) The ending was hilarious ^^

Thumbs up and a fav!

I thought the puzzle is broken cause the platform moves too fast over the water and you cannot reach it in time, so I left this in my queue for a couple of years and finally solved it today. Proud to be the 69th person to favourite it :winter2019coolyul:

Nobody wants to play your garbage PTI level. JK, loved it. Here's my long-ass playthrough https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rKIiR7g-MU

First, the beginning of this map is awesome! Secondly the solution for this puzzle is insanely good , this must have taken a massive amount of brain power and puzzle design to make all of this work! This was a great map and beating it was awesome!

Dirt move with brige. Done.

Ingenious, and way beyond my ability. It took me six pages of handwritten notes to realize that the video solution was essentially forced.

Absolutely brilliant, had to sleep on it to figure it out. I got kinda stuck at the part where the companion cube is in the orange funnel and you need to respawn the regular cube and take it to the lift, as I didn't realize you had just enough time to wait for it to respawn and fall and still make it to the lift. By the time I figured that out though, I had done so much backwards induction out the wazoo that the rest came instantly. :P

GAAAA I used up one hint to solve this. Very good map. Playthrough .

One of, if not the best logic puzzle I've played in this game. Every element is used to its max, and essentially every possible interesting move that could be forced in the layout is forced. A lot of what makes this map difficult is that the transitions between two very similar puzzle states takes many, many steps, and even after reaching the next puzzle state it's hard to see exactly why it helps you at all. I got about halfway through in 45ish minutes on stream but then finished the rest in 10 minutes off stream. I think what helped me was that whenever I was stuck, I'd brainstorm what the coolest possible move I could do in the current setup was, and even if I didn't know how it helped me, I would try it out because I knew that you guys wouldn't pass up the opportunity to use that sneaky of a move. Sorry for writing so much, just I'm very happy right now. Not necessarily for myself for beating it, but for the fact that this puzzle exists.

TL;DR: good map, I like
Joric Jul 4, 2019 @ 9:21am
I didn't to both =(
RedSilencer  [author] Jul 4, 2019 @ 8:15am
@Joric 2 things:
A, did you complete the puzzle with this move as not redundant?
B, you do realize the move you did in the video is redundant, right?

I literally spent the entire day scribbling down logic and working backwards, and it worked out so freaking well. This is an amazing map dude. Good job!

So good hammer work. love the moment when the light turns off. The first time I saw this map on steam I thought this is just a normal PTI map. So good, love it. brilliant

Yay i lov turets! Lov killing em with FIRE! In all seriousness, this map is absolutely fantastic. There's so many clever ideas and reuses. First time I played it, a few months ago, I wasn't familiar with Stract's style so I was legitimately surprised when the façade dropped. At the time I also couldn't solve it. Anyway, amazing work to the both of you. This one's a favourite, of course.

It seems I never commented on this map. It's a great map.

It would appear that my comment glitched away last time, so I'll say it again: it took me 2 hours of thinking and I dare say this is still my favorite puzzle ever to this day. Very well made; thank you very much

I managed the first room a little differently from KAKTUS: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1351641215
But I gave up on the next puzzle, too complicated for me; many interconnected elements; difficult to know which step to take. Congratulations to those who found! and to the creator anyway.

Great test, never actually managed to finish :D I wasn't expecting a huge area behind a simple-looking test! When I first saw it didn't have very high expectations, with a default PeTI thumbnail. But that just added to my surprise when I enter the BTS area!
Keep up ther great work!

Nice one indead! That this was way too easy at the start. Nice suprice! :steamhappy:
Then it was too hard for me... But realy nice test... Did not finish. Maby i give it another try some other time.

Brilliant puzzle and beautifully designed. I’m ashamed to say that I got stuck and had a peak at @RectorRocks’s walkthrough a couple of times to see if I was on the right path; which I wasn’t :steamfacepalm:. Big thumbs up.

Nice one, with few surprises and lot of steps. And awesome visuals!
lapicidas Jul 11, 2017 @ 11:05pm
Excellent !! I played "The Logical Knot" by RedSilencer (one of the best logical map ever). The second part of this map is similar, except the move: changing the lightbridge - exit. You haven't to do that in the original version. Big Compliment for your work - Thumbs up :-)
MousseMoose Jul 8, 2017 @ 6:28pm
Ugh. FINALLY finished it. This is one of the best puzzles I have ever played. Good job.

I enjoyed it. Thanks.

For people like me and didn't know the reference about PTI, the first part made me a little annoyed and as a result didn't take the second part seriously at first. But finally I did solve it (though still did use a little help), defintely the hardest map in recent memory. Good work.
wildgoosespeeder May 30, 2017 @ 9:40pm
At first I thought it was going to be one of those maps that with the first turret I saw. Then I solved that chamber. Found the in-between area. I lost it at " Bring Your PTI Trash to Work Day ". The other puzzle was really hard but logical! Very nice puzzles and great sense of humor.

Thanks for the video nock! Very weird, will be sure to investigate this further.

Something went wrong with my download of the map and I got something weird instead. Not sure what that's all about. Well if your interested in seeing what actually downloaded, here's a video I made (be warned the last part is un-commentated because of stupid windows and its stupid content creators update which stupidly changed my mic setting, stupid software 😀)

Hey, thanks for playing @ all of you guys. @LB Because you're an experienced player, I'll try to give you the most vague hint that I can: chains can be extended by things other than links, such as clamps and hooks ;o

I'm stuck here [i.imgur.com] - how do I escape the room after getting the companion cube trapped in the funnel?
