The ship construction cost modifier and the national focuses (bureau of ships and escort effort) make the destroyer have a negative construction cost.

This is one of the best OP mods in the workshop,



and i love it but maybe you could do something to counterbalance this like an option to have an event that makes you choose between a normal verion or a harder version to counterbalance it?
Its still awesome
