Don't know if there is a good guide but I take 20-30 screenshots in ED on desktop and then stitch them together using the Image Composite Editor software from Microsoft, it's the best free software to stitch photos together and it does 360 spherical projections.

How do you make 360 screenshots in Elite? Is there a good guide?
