Please check your files (file integrity check from steam). Most likely you've lost the grafik OR another mod conflicts..

I can't even create the bill, when I go to select it, and my mouse goes over it, it vanishes. I've seen that happen with eltex stuff too, so I'm wondering if this is a multi-mod issue.

It should work. I've tested it and it is woring on the brewery.
Did you by chance make the ingredient search radious too small?

@Enlonwhite: Should be, as long as you plant someflower plants (I'm currently not sure what all counts as one) -> Hint: If you activate God Mode, the BeeHive gets a button to show all flowers in range.

Just curious, can any of the beehives work in a greenhouse like area? I mean I have mods like Dubs Skylights, and such. So I can make green houses.

Do beehives work in that? Cause I really like playing snowy areas.

The queen is one requirement to build a new beehive. Already built hives don't need another queen.

Help, please. I've got "honeycomb w. queen" and they die in 24 hours while my pawns seem unable to place them back in the hive. I have researched beekeeping, but I can't get pawns to insert the queen into the hive.

Would be nice if it got compatibility patches, but it's not really a necessity.

I'm not sure. Normally it needs changes when a new biome should be imported because otherwise the trees are not there. You can still get queens from a trader..

I love this mod. Just a question and a suggestion. Is this mod compatible with regrowth, like the aspen biome? It would be great if you could add honey to vanilla expanded recipes, like a condiment.

So I've run into a bit of a problem my hollow trees are invisible. I've run the game with just this mod and it is still that way. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Also figured since I was bothering to post in here might as well tell you that I really like this mod. I love having a food source I have to slowly build up over the whole game.

I have one question: is the harvest honey from beehives affected by any work speeds (like plant work speed)?

If there was just ONE SINGLE THING I could recommend, as someone who makes mead IRL, going from honey straight to mead at the brewing table is a missed opportunity for fermenting barrels. Mead does have a fermenting process of 2-4 weeks!

You could make "must" at the brewing table (basically wine/mead version of wort), which then ferments at the fermenting barrels producing mead when done!

Thank you for that you appreciate my work, but unfortunately I must decline the coffee.
I just don't do that as I would feel indepted and might start to work apart from my hobby :)

Seriously this is incredible. It blends in perfectly with Rimworld, so much so that it feels like it's part of vanilla.

I mean c'mon! Adds mead to the brew table, a user for flowers, a new thing to "farm" that isn't broken or horribly unbalanced.

Haplo, do you have a "buy me a coffee" thing? I want to pay for this it's so good.

Perfect. Nothing crazy. Rimbees looks nice but it does way too much. Literally just want hives, a user for flowers, honey for food, and mead for brewing.

i can manually dev mode the behives in (and will try to move wild pokemon to be above this beesNhoney mod, to see, but is this also happening on your side or should i ask for a possible patch or something here?

oh nooo.. all of my beehives vanished,
and it looks like the wild pokemon mod is completely overwriting honey?

(i also tried to make some bulk meade recipes but it was not recognising the honey anymore)

You should find them in a dead tree as you can see on the picture. There just harvest and you'll get it. But watch out for the temperature. It doesn't like colds...

hello ! i've never been able to find queen bees so far (3/4 years have past now), neither in dead trees nor with exotic goods traders. I'm in a boreal forest biome, I don't know if it has to do with anything. Can you help me ? thanks !

ah thanks haplo, yup i was trying to make a bigger patch for hot drink plants like tea and coffee and was going to make the beehives from this mod in the shape of the letters T.E.A (but had to stick some bunkers down as got more raids lol.

it was part of my favourite mod list from january this year 2020: 500+ mods

unfortunately 1.1 happened (in terms of the savegame going out the window, with wanting the benefits of loading speed from 1.1 but hopefully i can get things upgraded into a 1.2 savegame before 1.3 hits lol)

That are a lot of hives you have there. :-D

And yes, RimBees adds a lot more, but it also is a lot harder to get into.
From my point of view Misc. Bees'n'Honey is more early game and RimBees is more late game.
So no conflict as far as I can see it :)

But anyways: It's up to your preference what you do. Just.. have fun ;-P

yeah rimbees adds a lot more possible things, but i had both in my game.
(this one is quicker and easier to start the process, and the other one has more different options which unlock over time and as you progress)

Not without problems as you cant prevent the holow trees from spawning, at least they will throw errors when you remove it.

This mod seems to not be working for me in 1.2 with other mods. The right click menu errors our.

I've moved the 1.0 version in a sub folder named 1.0. Unfortunately this version doesn't support sub folders yet. But I'll not reverse this because it clutter the structure. If you still use 1.0 you need to manually extract the 1.0 folder into the main folder or get the old version from git.
