I agree the cloth should have a back piece too, and that the bands on the wrists look a bit out of place. But I also want to point out that the headdress is WAY too thick. The texture is also very dull. It could definitely use some work.

Too cartoonish. He looks like he's about to go jogging.... and the unattached piece of cloth on his chest is out of place. I'd recommended making the colors darker (to suit his pallette), replace the bracelets with manacles (for a more elegant look), get rid of the rings (they break the sillhouette too much), and replace the cloth piece with either a front&back piece (i.e. it goes over his shoulders) or perhaps a pendant of some sort (the all-seeing eye, etc.)
