Pretty good modules, Forget Me Not is a bit troublesome.

Hello, I would really need the help of one of those who know how to go through the modules "On the Subject of the Safety Safe" and "On the Subject of Simon States". I have been trying to pass these modules for the second day, and all without success!

Firstly, in "On the Subject of the Safety Safe" I don't understand how much the last engine should be turned. For example, I have a serial number - "4Z5BN7", 1 lit SIG indicator, 4 types of ports and 1 battery. Please tell me how much to turn and how you found it. (I know how to determine the starting position)

Secondly, in "On the Subject of Simon States" I don't understand what to press after stage 1. I know that I cannot describe a clear problem, but you can help me if you tell me which color to press in the following example:
Red; Green
Blue; Yellow
In the second and third stages, first blue and red light up (and goes out) and then red and green

I would be very grateful who can help!

@soap you can turn individual mods on and off using the "Mod Selector" mod
saopy Jul 27, 2020 @ 10:57pm
could you upload these as seperate mods?
jfmead Jun 4, 2020 @ 8:56pm
Trying to launch this package but says I'm missing a bunch of modules (MorseV2, MemoryV2, etc.) any way to fix this?
Dj_Faun | Twitch Apr 23, 2020 @ 8:55am
Is there any way to download the modules separately? There are some that I like, and some that I don't like.

Still, a great modpack.

is there a way to get just the forget me not?

@HeartLion99 You press that green "Subscribe" button, and you can play with them in custom missions that are on the workshop and on freeplay bombs

Hi, I was wondering how to download the modules? Can't find them on workshop.

When transmitting your answer in Morsematics, remember that the spaces between code elements should be the same length as a dot and the same length as each other. For example, this image [cdn.discordapp.com] is not a D.

Nice job dude

I'm in VR doing the Plumbing module, and when I click on a single pipe, all of the pipes disappear from the module. Can you fix this?
porcu93 Jan 24, 2019 @ 2:50pm
@peer99 you need to keep the number within the range 1-26
peer99 Jan 24, 2019 @ 2:39pm
A bug in Morsematics? Or maybe I don't understand it.
The log says that the character sum is square, but both 30 (G+W) or 29 (F+W, the initial character pair) are not quare. What is happening?

Morsematics display characters: UQO
Initial character pair: FW(6,23)
Matching indicator: FRQ (ON)
After indicators: GW(7,23)
Character sum is square

Seems like all of those have problems rendering in VR (HTC Vive). They look like they're rendering in a completely different position for each eye, kind of as if when you unfocus your eyes from an object in a real world. Had to uninstall this mod, because it was too annoying to play like that.
Kolonel Wolf Mar 3, 2018 @ 3:32am
The morsematics module is too unstable. I tried inputing the letter J which I spent enough time calculating already, and the module read it as H and then V and the third time I tried it I exploded. I like what you tried to do with the method of inputing a letter, but this method is way too sensitive. I think it needs an update with just buttons for dots and dashes

Pour ceux que ça peut intéresser j'ai traduit le manuel en français : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Clek1SDSXBdv2_aAOVV9ixN6V-UhhgKP?usp=sharing

(For those who could be interested, I translated the manuel into french)

I would like all the modules to be red

Hello I'm here to inform an update on your modules they need to be fix for the new beta. Here is what you need to do recompile their mods in Unity 2017.1 and then test them in the game's new beta, which can be enabled in Steam by right-clicking the game in the library, then "Properties" and then "Betas". These are for the following that need fixed: Answering Questions, Rotary Phone.

oh okay i see
Hex  [author] Aug 28, 2017 @ 2:29pm
Simon states functions the same as simon says module, just with different rules for what to press. You're never getting to stage 3, because you never complete stage 2.

I'm also surprised you didn't try pressing red again (which would advance you), and that you seemingly only got instances where it was the same colour twice (if it were different, you should immediately know what the issue is).
Hex  [author] Aug 28, 2017 @ 1:18pm
As far as I'm aware it's literally impossible for a stage to have no flashing colours, I'll need to see video evidence of that happening.
leaf dog Aug 28, 2017 @ 1:12pm
on simon states, when i get to the third stage of a module the first two stages' colors flash but then nothing new flashes? what do i do
SwissBankAcount Aug 20, 2017 @ 9:36am
Also for some reason on the plumbing maze everything I touch it with the Htc vive controller to rotate it, it justs disapears leaving a black 6x6 box
SwissBankAcount Aug 20, 2017 @ 8:47am
Is there a way you can add a password so you enter it in game and the all the modules?
Nell Jul 26, 2017 @ 11:03pm
Literally every single module in this pack I like. Morsematics is so cool because you actually have to write a message in morse. That's cool. Plumbing is a great twist on maze cuz there's edgework and it's more to do for the defuser. Forget Me Not is awesome because you have to constantly check back after each other module. States, Safe, and R. Keypad are also really well made. The rotary phone is just math, but the Vent Gas v2 is cool because they're actually questions that you need to think about before answering. This whole pack is awesome. Sorry for long review :)
Hex  [author] Jul 5, 2017 @ 11:05pm
I'm aware that the image is not up to date, but the differences are not severe enough to warrant an update. I'll be updating it once I clean up every module.
Amanwaf May 5, 2017 @ 3:33pm
Rotary phone - wrong image. Need a picture timer, not a stable module.
First strike! bep-bep.
Zorro Apr 16, 2017 @ 10:35am
ohhhhhh.... ok that makes sense. I feel dumb now. That module is HARD. Thanks for getting back to me though :)

Edgework shown gives blue to green+blue.

An X pipe does not always mean the input is active.
Supernye Mar 8, 2017 @ 12:07am
Thanks Hex!!!!!!

Also Vxc86 I dont know whats going on but try redownloading the mod or reinstalling the mod. Either or might work, but i didnt have the problem so hopefully it works!!!
DrDramaLlama Feb 19, 2017 @ 11:59am
Ahh I see, I was distracted by the 4-way pipe next to the green input pipe, for some reason I thought it was forced to become part of the circuit. Yeah, it's just me not seeing these things. Thanks for the help!

The first mistake people tend to make is assuming that there's no solution for a given state.
There's always a solution, you just need to find it.
DrDramaLlama Feb 19, 2017 @ 9:17am
The only other one I can't figure out is this one:

http://imgur.com/XvhcNQa

I'm meant to be connecting blue to blue and green, except I have no choice but to connect the green input pipe (does that matter?) and there's always a leak, either from the corner pipe on the top row (the one currently leaking), or if I rotate the dark corner pipe to the right of it so that it loops back round, the straight pipe to the right of that one leaks instead. Is this one impossible or am I missing something?

Nevermind, I got one finished in the end. I'm probably just bad at visualising the best path. Thanks for the help!
DrDramaLlama Feb 19, 2017 @ 8:53am
Just to confirm, if a pipe's open end goes off the end, it counts as a leak right?

http://imgur.com/tfgsh1g

In this one, (I'm pretty certain), the only active in pipe is blue, and the only active out pipe is red. I've made the best path I can come up with but there's still the matter of the leak from the pipe in red, so either there's a better path that I'm not seeing or I'm not correctly identifying the active in/out pipes.
Hex  [author] Feb 19, 2017 @ 6:56am
Are your pipes leaking? Every pipe piece used to connect inputs and outputs must be fully connected themselves.

http://i.imgur.com/9NoMlga.png

The top half of the image has a bunch of open connections (marked with green lines). Note how the blue out connection is also marked, this is counted as an open connection because blue out is not active.

The bottom half is the correct solution, there are no open connections on the pipes connecting input(s) to output(s).
DrDramaLlama Feb 18, 2017 @ 2:07pm
I'm finding the plumbing module impossible...I'm pretty sure I'm correctly identifying the active inputs/outputs but when I make a path between the inputs and outputs and check the solution it's always wrong, and I'm not sure where it's going wrong. I'm always connecting each pipe on the active path with at least one other and ensuring no inactive pipes are connected to the path but I still get strikes.

I didn't find module to disable/enable in Mod Selector
And creator of Mod Selector have written it in mod describe.
Hex  [author] Dec 2, 2016 @ 7:02pm
A mission will not work if you disable a module it requires, it's not an incompatibility.
Just Killing Dec 2, 2016 @ 12:43pm
Ok i found, that Mod Selector doesn't work with this mod
Just Killing Dec 2, 2016 @ 12:39pm
I can't play any your mission becouse game says that I don't have for example: KeypadV2 MOD etc. Am I doing something wrong with this?
Hex  [author] Nov 18, 2016 @ 3:51am
I forgot to correct the links in my unity project, should be good now. PDF one might take a little while to update.

Looks like your manuals have 404'd. Mind reuploading them?
Hex  [author] Oct 12, 2016 @ 5:44am
The rules state that an in/out pipe is only active in the for amount is MORE than the against amount. Equal amounts means it's not active.
Supernye Oct 11, 2016 @ 10:58pm
Btw NDRJO5H It is not just look up an XOR calculator
Supernye Oct 11, 2016 @ 10:57pm
On Plumbing, How can you tell if a input/output is active or not if the for and against are at equal amounts?
