Hey my silent takedown has been replaced by the evacuation symbol, is anybody else having this problem?

I got LoneWolf as one AWC perk but cannot train: the button is disabled. I ran a search in the mod folder for "awc" and for "lonewolf" and nothing came up. Is this some bug in this mod or perhaps its interaction with some other? Any clue for a fix?

Hey love your mod, been having a blast with my 5 man specops squad (Had a snapshot specops get traverse fire, its mindblowing) and just had a quick question. Have you considered putting tradecraft sonewhere in the tree (The Shinobi skill that drastically reduces mission infil time)? I feel like it would fit really well with the spirit of the class.

Hey Musashi I'd like to ask for future reference: if/when LW2 gets updated to incorporate War of the Chosen, will you also be updating your stealth overhaul mods to go with the new (WotC-)LW2? No pressure though! Love your work, one of my favourite mods <3

A glitch with the Specops that I have found is that custom weapons in Long war, such as the laser stengun, and custom props such as the custom bandana will revert to normal colors whenever the silent kill ability is used, since the cloak will mess it up. It's not gamebreaking per say, it's just an annoying thing I have noticed.

New ability: silent subduing of civilian? If there are two civilians, obviously you get caught doing this but if there's only one, why not quitely subdue them so you can move past? Civilians often get in the way of my stealthy units, a spec ops soldier would easily be able to subdue one that is in the way. Would be cool if it could be a dash move as well.

There are two versions to build secondary throwing knives (for samurai) and "normal" throwing knives for spec ops. You probably build the secondary variant. The specops uses throwing knives in the utility slot.

I've checked, The black market is not selling any. As I said it is listed in the tabs when you equip a grande or secondary weapon, but has written in it 'Missing allowed class' over the throwing dagger. So unable to equip it.

Hi Musashi, I have a issue. I'm ruining LW2 and the LW/LW2 specops class and Combat knife. But I'm unable to equip the Throwing knife. The item is greyed out, with Missing allowed class in red, written in the box.

the game crashes as long as I put one specops soldier into a mission, when it starts. the log shows

@Musashi, Can you update the original Spec Op's cause I might use the old one for the War of the Chosen and also wait for the WotC Spec Op's in the process. It's a win win to use your class.

@Slithas The Reason why he removed it, that the Spec Op's was have and unfair power for the soldier's, Spec Op's got many gear but the fix was giving out Spec Op's limited Gear and not only He removed the X4 but we can give X4 to our Troop's.

Yes, it was removed because it has its own mod now - search for "tactical x4" and you find it.

I've come back to Xcom after a fair break, and realised that my old tactic of sneaking around and planting X4 to lure the enemies toward to blow up is gone, much to my sadness. Is there any alternative mod that can give me back the X4 ability now that you've removed it?

Late to the party but damn does the new reaper class remind me of your mod. I would like to say that I still love your mod. Cause you have the suppressors which can give the miss chance ability to everyone on your team.

@Omega can you not choose multiple factions? And when you choose a faction, do you only get 1 hero class? Or unlock that class for people to spec in?

My first thought was "Man they borrowed heavily from your stuff", my second thought "Damn this makes a lot of work for me, aligning my stealth overhaul with theirs". All in all i am looking forward to the xpack :)

The secondary throwing knives are for the Samurai class mod. The utility throwing knives are a completely different item.

I have recently just noticed (in LW2) there is now throwing knife secondary available to build for the secondary weapon slot (I assume) as opposed to the regular throwing knife that you equipt in the utility slot. However, I cannot equipt the throwing knife secondary as it says "missing allowed class". What do I change in the config files? Tried adding MusashiThrowKnifeSecondary under allowed weapons in classdata but perhaps its the wrong name or method?

@Thor of Florida, yep the Shiinobi is OP version of the SpecOps but without the sniper rifle. SpecOps are best scouts and ambushers. Shinobi are mass DPS

I'm having a hard time really getting into this class. Maybe I'm not using it properly but in my current playthrough i find myself using the Shinobi class from the LW perk pack more often than this. Mostly because the ninjatos are fun as hell and way more powerful than the Spec ops knives (I'd disable the knives but the Samurai class kinda needs them). Heck, I still have problems with using the C4/X4 properly.
From what I understand I can use this class to sorta pick off the weaker aliens from the shadows, but thanks to RNGeesus my Spec Ops guys tend to get revealed in the most unfortunate ways. Got any advice on how to use this class more effectively?
