Better way to increase guard numbers would be to do so in the squads themselves, since then they'd take the same number of buildings.
I cant play vanilla levels no more, everyone seams so weak.
so yes, its intentional.
bone dog nests being added to nearly every biome was added a couple year's ago. got adjusted a few times to lower the numbers, but is now at a level I find acceptable.
in my view, bone dogs are like real dogs, they are everywhere!
Also Stronger Group Combat = Weaker Solo Combat?
My training is progressing nicely, But will my solo artist gal ever be as badass as your Mod graphic looks. At 90 toughness still stunlocked quite a bit.
more gutters will spawn in time.
On my way to the hive in Dreg a beakthing nest spawned and they went to war with about 4 gorillo gangs and were wiped out. Intended?
didn't even know it had that option.
just might be a compatibility issue.
but it if you have other mods that change base characters, then it should be at the bottom so it files are not overridden by others, which would give you weird NPC stats if you didn't.
but if you want the full effect. import your save.
I'm using my own mod, with 3x nests, 4x squads set. 4x attack slots.
playing as solo.
don't rely on mercs to save you, rely on yourself instead.
plus the folder has to be named correctly.
when you load my mod in the FCS, you can see all the changes i did.
you edit from there.
Tip: Heavy Weapons are great for crowd control, but slow compared to Swords. Make sure to balance squads. Help the Heavy Weapons out when they are getting teamed up on.
so use at your own risk with others.
When I live in the city criminals are always overwhelming the guards.
I'm tweaking their unarmed value by fcs but still this is a great mod.
Thank you.
its only bad if you de-arm people.
this mod wasn't made to be easy, it was made to be hard. an extra challenge.
if you don't like it. that's fine, this mod is not for everyone.
this mod was not made with the intention of being lore friendly.
and as I have said in the past, if this isn't hard enough for me when I use it, ill edit it and make it harder. I'm only sharing this because people asked for it. this is primarily for my use.
only mods that change the NPCs would affect this mod, and that depends on the load order. put at the bottom of the load order and it will overwrite any changes made above it.
