Any chance this was broken by the latest update/DLC? I have a lot of systems that are dependent on the teleporter, and now suddenly this doesn't work. I really appreciate the mod, and I hope it can be fixed. (If not, well, it has been fun. Thank you!)

That's the link to the other version as posted by other players in this thread. It works in my solo game. There is some sort of issue on servers, but I'm not playing any atm.

Same issue as Ironsides1952 and Xev88gaming; no panel like the one in the videos; haven't looked for '1.94~link' yet.

DOES NOT WORK... i watched the vid. and there is no control panel like the one in the vid. only one slide bar and thats for distance.. no place to input destinations... of any kind... what might the problem be..???

I dont get it. My friends have a transporter in their base and I have one in mine, around 50km away. And we cant see each others.... any reason why?

This one can't be updated, Leto doesn't play SE anymore, therefore, I, the model creator now have it on my workshop, so it can get updated.

@menos this one is indeed broken, look for "Transporter 1.9.4" It's the same mod, done by the same person, but it's working. Don't know why they didn't just update this one.

My transporters control panel doesn't contain anything to actually configure or use the transporters. Is there something else required besides just having the transporter pad and an antenna?

The energy cost would be a factor of grid mass and distance. An example use case would be end-game factions and players sending cargo from the surface of a planet to a freighter or station in orbit. For example, they could mine ores on the planet, refine them, and then send them via cargo pallets to a transport that is waiting in orbit that would then bring it to a trading station or to the faction's resupply base. I realize you're probably really busy, but I thought I would throw this idea out there. I don't think this will be game-breaking, since the material cost (the amount of reactors/solar panels needed, the components, etc.) would make it that only end-game factions and players would be able to use it. This way, early- to mid-game players would still need to use physical shuttles.

Would you consider making a 1x1x3 small grid block that would let you lock onto that grid with the transporter. The max size of the grid would be something like 50x30x15 or something. This "transporter tag" would allow you to transport grids via a "cargo transporter", mainly of cargo containers. The transporter would have a UI overlay similar to the Nanobot Build & Repair system, which would allow you to set an area where the transporter would send the grid. The idea would be that you could send a pile of large cargo containers across a large distance. The cargo transporter would place the grid at the bottom middle of the space, which would prevent it from falling a few blocks and breaking. That way, players could have auto-locking landing gears.

anyway ive subbed to the working one of these,, but whats the profiles for?,, and is there any way of rigging it up to a button panel? cos all i can do is set up the transporter from there but cant activate the transport from it, it has to be done from the pad itself, would it be possible to do that?

yh the vcz has an updated version, but im on about the avt gateway space station you can sub to, that has one of them but possibly the outdated one, which means i cant build it

so if a mods broken permanently why not remove it from steam?!? saves the confusion and the hassle of downloading broken mods that are attached to other players creations, like the avt gateway space station that uses the old vcz multifloor elevtor so i cant build the station cos it has broken or missing parts
