There is some Commander abilities had been cut by relic,this mod have them,thanks

Good mod but there are a few commanders and only for wehrmacht, soviets and okw and okw have even less than it actually is.

Will it work if we're playing with someone who doesn't use the mod? Or must all players in a game have it?
