No i'm not making any new characters. Ye are certainly not the first person to ask for claptrap. You need to understand a character of his figure cannot fit on human animations.

that would be too tricky to program and too cumbersome for the player to deal with. The bombs are for mostly combat only and aren't the safest to use weapons since they risk harming the player too, and possibly causing unwanted forest fires, and automatically cook meat dropped by enemies and burn their other drops to ashes.

Agreed, she has way too many craftable items that make survival easier, and spoiled food is not much of a downside. A great drawback could come from her insane love for biscuits, something like this:
REAAAAAAAAAAAAALLY loves biscuits (short description)
-Starts the game with 4 biscuits
-Biscuits become a craftable food for her, requiring an egg and honey, so they're scarcer
-She must eat a biscuit every 12 ingame hours or she starts losing sanity, the longer it has been, the faster she goes insane
-If she has not eaten a biscuit for 12 hours or longer, she flat out refuses to eat literally anything else, even if she will starve to death.

Maybe the bonus package should be buffed. The gunpowder used in making the coconade and making the package do more damage then the package itself.

She already has lower max sanity and the same food spoilage penalties as wickerbottom

nice, imho just add some cons for her. as i remember she wasn't sane person :) so maybe increased sanity drop or something
