universe sandbox has been in early access for 10 years

updates take months are actually useless additions nobody asked for they claim to fix bugs but the same issues remain broken like when they said a lightness bug is fixed but its still broken this represents intentional misleading of customers about the state of product

Their Roadmaps are lies they promised astoroid burn up features in march its now September and still nothing for what is a unity update showing how truly incompetent the so called dev team is at basic tasks

Updates take months to Release Content is typically minor additons nobody asked for like text descriptions

im done waiting this just a lifestyle business at this point their living on our money with no intention of actually finishing the game

it was working monts ago but now my game has a wierd bug where i cant put away the build vision. And if i switch to firstperson i get nummerous errors wich make it unplayeble. However before this bug it was my favorite mod to see my city in a whole different view. I hope u get that fixed. Keep up the work

Yes. Works perfectly. I use it all the time. It is one of the mods (a small number) the compatibility report is wrong about. The supposed replacement causes problems and crashes games.

why are people so defensive about which and what mods to use? use what you want, stay informed as to the facts, dont be ashamed to use an older version if it fits what you need (in this case if you use train display mod). we are a community, no one here is getting paid, so its not worth all the drama.

And @jimtduffy "stubbornly" not read correctly the Compatibility Report. CR states only regarding to this mod: "UsersReportIssues", "Deprecated" and that the successor is 2764243667. It is not listed as Broken or Major Issues. And yes, 2764243667 is the successor as it was released as such. If you have issues with 2764243667, you should fill the Report Form / use Discord and describe exactly the issue plus provide your log files to check what the cause is - instead of blaming and be offending.

No. DON'T use that one. As tons of users have pointed out, the new version regularly crashes the game. THIS version here still works perfectly. The compatibility report is entirely wrong on this mod, but the author stubbornly ignores all users say and keeps recommending a broken unreliable replacement.

No, StayHungryStayFoolish, I don't have that mod, even though it is a dependency. I have never used it, yet the mod here worked fine, but the new one crashes the game constantly.

@jimtduffy don't you have Train Display Mod? It has a hard dependency with First Person Camera: Updated mod, so you should not replace it with First Person Camera v2.2.0, since it is causing a constant crash.

The compatibility report recommends unsubscribing this mod and using the newer updated version. Unfortunately, I have found, as have large numbers of people, that the newer version is in fact causing endless crashing. My game was entirely unplayable with the new version. Like others, I reverted to this older version and the game now works.

The creator of this version seems to have left, so this version won't be updated. Using this version is probably just temporary until whatever is causing the problem in the newer version is found and fixed. When it is fixed, then we can migrate to the newer version, or a replacement version. Until then, even though old, this one still works and doesn't crash games., so should be used notwithstanding the compatibility report advice.
