Pretty flawless execution, though i do have some minor problems with it. Pudge wearing a dapper gentleman's garb is completely agreeable (much more so from that bizzare surgeon outfit he has), however the colors look a little too vibrant, even for DotA2. Toning down either the green or the red should fix that. The clashing red and green just give him a more cheerful vibe which i do not believe to be intentional nor fitting, though that is arguable.

I am not aware of any methods to make sure the facial hair follows the flex animations of the hero's face, as majority of sets that have made it into the game also lack this function. Despite being a huge fan of beards, seeing the hero open his mouth up and through their beard is just too unsettling. I am curious if this can be fixed, as specific sets such as "murder of crows" feature a mask that has it's own flex animations.

Im quite fond of TB myself, so i am looking forward to buying this once it (hopefully) hits the stores.

It's good but has too vibrant colours, neither Pudge lore nor victorian england fits these colours. Otherwise an excellent set which fits Pudge, both his accent and the lore of Jack the Ripper

Only thing i actually dislike are the colours. I just think that the vibrant red and green don't mix with the given setting and rest of the outfit, it just has this xmas flair to it which kind of ruins it in my opinion.
Would be nicer if colours were darker or instead with black or blue shirt.

Thanks. yeah we bumped the saturation so that it would pop more, but it may look at least in teh screens that is too bright. i see if there is anything that can be done in that regard.

The cleaver looks too plane compared to the hook and doesn't resonate with the rest of the set. The green and red makes him look more like a christmas present. I'd say get rid of the bowtie and give him a crow themed broach or something to tie in the rest of the set to the hook, that is the most interesting part of the set imo.

its inspired by he ripper, this is completely in character. Ripper was a monstrous British butcher, exactly what pudge is. and the clothes are very torn and old, its indication that he took it off a corpse that he butchered. He just likes to wear the clothes as well as their skin. I dont think it can get any more lore friendly than that!

Can you please remove the aspects that breaks the theme of the character? He is not a damper gent - he is a monstrous butcher.

Thanks for the comment. Noted, the images are a bit too bright as well, its lighting, but overall in game is a bit darker and more saturated. Nonetheless, I will take a second look and see it can be bumped even more.

You should lose the bright colors like the red and green, it stands out too much. You said you made the green to match the pants, it doesn't really work. You should change it to another color or at least dull the green to a very pale/dark green.
