Out of all the time I've played this game, the button on doors is never used for opening it, but instead, the door itself is used for that.

Looks cool but the fact you cant press on the door itself to open it is super annoying

I would kill for a full-scale update for this mod. I saw the texture update, but I'd like to see it functionally identical to how doors operate now. It just opens so slowly!

Any plans to update this to feature the method of clikcing on entire door to open/close it like the new SE doors? Anyone want to do that since biomech seems to not be doing SE anymore :(

@Vas that isn't a permanent issue, it only happens sometimes due to lag.

This has a gap in it that makes the doors not technically air tight. :P

@Vanae Is render interpolation on? If it isn't, that's the issue.

There is a gap in the middle of the two doors in the mod. Is there a possiblilty you may fix that?

I love this mod, but there is a tiny gap in between the 2 parts of the door when it is closed, and it drives me insane!

I just love these doors, I replaced all my doors with them. My ship feels so less claustrophobic now that I can see into the next room. The offset doors are really nice too, my airlocks are more roomy now.

@catalina In the vanilla game, a space one block or smaller cannot contain air. The space between two closed doors needs 2 blocks or larger in order to contain air. A door itself only has air in it's block when in it's open state.

hi I found a proble with your doors. they don't allow oxygen in the blank spaces

@Geeves I have seen this behavior on vanilla doors. Attempting to grind the interior hangar airlock door on the Red Ship caused armor on the bottom of the ship to grind away instead.

@ranos this was the first time ive seen this byg. Bug persists after uninstalling the mod though so it isnt the mod

It happens to me some times.

@Outlaw Are the items you pick up next to the one you wanted? If so that's a bug with the game, not this mod. It will happen even if you have no mods.

How the hell a DOOR MOD can clash with the inventory sorting?!!

This mod bugs my cargo. Trying to remove items fromt he cargo container gives me random items instead of the one I clicked on. I do have a cargo container rebalnce mod and the inventory sorting mod so there might be a clash with those mods.

I'm finding that all the doors are bright white and I can't change this.

Anyone else having issues with logging in and finding the doors all open?

Great looking doors!

I noticed that when I target the door with my grinder, I am seeing a (random) armour block on my station, I am not sure why or how but I can grind almost any block without grinding down your door. Aiming to the doorframe gets me the correct target for welding/grinding (the door itself).
I have not noticed this behaviour on the vanilla doors.

Hey, can you add the <ResourceSinkGroup>Doors</ResourceSinkGroup> to your doors ? It'll fix some issues regarding not being able to open them on solar powered ships with batteries on charging for example, vanilla doors are fine.

Small Ship when?

Switched back to DX 9 because so many mods I love are not upgraded yet. I can now paint the door :) And it still has glass

I'd give it 92% because it isn't on small ship; if it had been on small ship i'd give it 900/100.

Doors work fine for me and have glass. I just wish we could change the color of them

Alright, good to know it isn't just me. My doors aren't working after the last update either.

After the latest update, the "glass" in the door panels has vanished. They're still airtight, but it just looks odd without the window being colored!
