Have the turrets target friendlies (your enemies). people might have a turret in their medbay room so that would basicly mean that ship is a loss.

the only way maybe is to make a mod for it that changes ownership, but I'm not sure how easily that can be made, anyways i'll keep trying to see if there's at least someway to do it

also the problem with stuff like that, is as far as i know, impossible because of ownership can only be transfered through manually hacking a block or the owner either extending useage to you or giving you the ownership

@Rotiart Possibly, but only way I could see it working was if the turret wasn't owned by anyone. But honestly, I don't really know. I will have to look into this, it may take a little while because i haven't really gone too far into in-game programming.

you could also get it in thru an antenna which would require the antenna to be in your control and the programmable block be in at least neutral control

well if the ship you are infecting has a programmable block you would have to find a way to it and go to upload it without getting caught

another way which is still pretty hard especially if the ship has guns that shoot at moving targets, would be to use a drone with a programmable block and attach it to the ships connectors that way it would work even if their ship is faction use only

its not a mod its an ingame script you have to go to a programming station to see it, but if you cant see it there then try resubscribing

ok so there, is a way to do so it wouldnt be easy but currently you can do it remotly only tho if u own an antenna on there ship. that would still require somone goin to their ship but i will let u know if im able to do it without physically being there other than to send a drone

have they added the ability to to that yet? i would love to do that, if im not able to an idea would be to use a remote control with a programmable block that has the virus and hook it to a connector ant run it

Is there anyway you could make this work over antenna? Give you are given the target ship's name and other details, could you do it? This would make having programmable blocks all that more necessary and add another cool element to battles.
