That would be a nice effect and would circumvent the issue a little bit, as mentioned, we did get Medical Monarch and that one style for Woolly Pulli, but I'm unaware if those two were problematic enough. That had different colors on top of Medic, but not the lower coat area.
Medic still has giant team-colored gloves, and the suit itself is team-colored. I can see a concern about not knowing it's Medic at first, but we have had the Medical Monarch for quite a while and I don't recall people having an issue with. Same thing with that Wooly Pulli style that uses Operator's Overalls color scheme.
The only difference here is that the coat goes all the way down, unlike the Medical Monarch. I'd love to see some in-game screenshots with this set, and how it looks with his animations, especially his Medi Gun stance.
Two styles that gets rid of the potion and book would be neat (one that removes for the RED/BLUE coat, and the other for the Lab Coat colors).
