Regarding your suggestion, yes it's true that the gears are not ideal, but they are configured so that the truck is still fuel-efficient in terms of performance.
Perhaps I will add more options in the future.

Gears could use some tuning.
On the 12 speed, the last gear goes into higher reps at 90km/h and above. Could use a bit wider range through all gears.
On the 16 speed, gears 14, 15 and 16 are barely ever used. Maybe shorten the gear range after gear 10.
Besides that, great mod, much appreciated.

Objectively? 1) Engine (617 kW), I got the impression that this engine is not at 840 hp but at 380, why? because with a 21.300 kg trailer, I was climbing in 2-4 gear, the engine just wouldn't pull. On the highway with the same trailer, it took me about 3 minutes of real time to accelerate the truck to 90-110 km. That's why I got the impression. What if you hook up a trailer with a train to the truck? I'm afraid to even imagine how the truck will behave. These are the first impressions, I will test further. If there are mistakes in my text, I'm sorry, English is not my native language.
