@Minx while I can't change skills, the corpus blocks themselves do give you some extra boosts/nerfs. Protagonist Mode for example gives you faster recovery and extra health.

Wow.. That was good. Should give the normal mode guy the counter ability, do the different modes you unlock at the end have different skills besides corpus differences? Oh and please make more if you ever feel inclined. Loved the focus on actually navigating cover, there's only a few parts in the MPN campaign in the science tower that actually make you use the mechanic. My favorite parts had to be coming across dig site 3, killing the recons before they deleted the viper trail, the parking garage and the fight towards the jammer.

Mod was very enjoyable. I like the challenge of fighting the N51 as a weaker foot soldier and I like that this mod makes you have to think about how you approach each combat encounter.

I just wanna say that I'm having a hard time in the first part of act 3, while I can clear the first 3 spots, the 4th is just pain on normal mode, I know its meant to be hard but when you have lower than average health as well as your allies on a first run it's just easy to die because you either don't have your allies live long enough against the assassins or they die before the fight with the hmg guy

yeah we couldnt co-op, either the other controller cannot do anything or their put in control of a blue trooper which causes a whole lotta problems due to it being unintended

As an added consolation prize, we added one last micro checkpoint at the food court. We also added some safeguards for anyone who left off on a checkpoint somehow.

I really enjoy what you guys did here. It's a pretty challenging mod that gets me to think.
Act 1 is my least favorite part, but that's probably cause I was still getting used to fighting the SFOD variants. Somehow it just felt like they were much tougher initially compared to the rest of the mod.
Act 2's reinforcement system is something really unique for a level gimmick and has some pretty good level design overall.
Act 3 is probably my favorite just for the beginning section alone, the music definitely sells the mood. Breaking the Fog and Arcade Backdraft go really hard, and sometimes give me enough energy to keep trying to break through the struggle that is the N51.

@The Noise No but good find; we don't have the luxury of debug mode like the actual devs do, so we had to make do with existing doors.

Protagonist mode is for the people who can't take the heat with only two corpus blocks. We wanted to include this as a wardrobe option already unlocked, but that feature doesn't exist in game (yet?)

I liked the mod, but it took me a long time to realize that i don't need to dodge the locked on shot from the helicopter, and just run away. cool: locations, n51 delta and in general it turned out quite interesting, it deserves to be part of the official story mode. But I still don't understand what the point of the "protagonist" outfit is, as I understand it, it just gives an additional health block. By the way, there's a unique way I went through this mod. After I placed the locks on the artifact, instead of entering the door indicated by the arrow, I returned to the starting point and skipped a part. (is this a mistake or a feature?) 10/10

Quick reminder for everyone that installing the prereqs is not the same as enabling them, it's not an automatic process. If you start up the level and find you only have 12 skills in the skill terminal, you're not doing it right.

Also make sure the prereqs up to date along with the campaign itself, as there have been many micro patches to clean things up.

For being the very first custom MPN campain ever is not a bad start, tho some parts i fell they are harder that they need to be (that or i have skill issue) like the part where the chopper chase us, and there's very few checkpoints, it needs some more polish, but the overall story and concept of this campain is peak, i'll give his an 8/10, f*ck the chopper

Listen this mod is peak its really cool and excellent but holy fucking shit I cant get past the third encounter right after the cloaker guy. Really the balancing is absolute ass or I have skill issue, I've done all campaign missions except the last one on madness difficulty and it wasnt THIS hard like holy shit it totally ruined my fun. I was expecting to have fun, I have retried SEVEN times and i Keep dying from overwhelming amounts of enemies. Holy shit PLEASE change the balancing its WAYYY too hard that I dont have fun. This mos is REALLY cool but seriously its unplayable for some people like me. Tac bar isint enough to dodge 5 enemies shooting at you at once and then melee enemies also joining the fray

Its a probably a really good mod, I just can't enjoy it, either I have a really big skill issue or I'm just dumb. I've lost my patience playing this, I just feel its unfairly hard, everything is just 100x stronger and faster than you, I feel that there is nothing I can do. I've completed all story mode in madness mode and had more fun than this. I'm probably just mad. Still is a very well made mod, thats undeniable, I just don't enjoy the really really hard levels.

This was fun! I enjoy playing as an OP protagonist, but playing as a faceless trooper is one of my favorite things. I remember playing a modded version of the original Project Nexus where you could play as a Soldat or Engineer.

Final boss location needs more ranged weapons it's insane how he can just knock down disarming your melee weapons meanwhile sooo hard to hit with only two to three ranged weapons.

Amazing campaign, just needs more tweaks on the difficulty as it gets too punishing without having to die two to three times to get what your doing
