Hey everyone!
As much as I hate to say this, I'm afraid I have to announce that this mod is now abandoned due to long inactivity and that I have lost the files for good.

NOT TO WORRY THOUGH!

I have a new mod in the works, and its far better (and crazier) than the Unit Variety Expansion Pack.
Check out The Advanced Powers , an alternate history mod with dozens of new, unique units, abilities, weapons, portraits and more for every army!

Thanks to everyone who have supported the UVEP mod for the longest time! I owe you all tons for getting me this far in to modding! :german::soviet:

Is it possible to maybe make Hungarian troops and tanks like in company of heros 1 I think that would be pretty cool.

For British units I would recommend Royal Marines, Gurkhas and Paratroopers.

I'm back on track people! A lot of things are outdated but I'm working to fixing them! Very happy to be working on this again, hope there's still atleast some people willing to give this mod another shot and to help improve it with suggestions, recommendations and comments! ^^

With that said, I'll admit, I'm a little rusty on the tools and might need help and all, so I'm currently looking for people that will aid me in the revival of this mod, to free it of bugs, and to keep it updated with the game for all to enjoy! I'm currently starting small, looking in the steam forums of this game for help, but to anyone reading this now, if you have any experience with the modding tools and would like to help and contribute to the revival and updating of this mod, please do leave a comment on my profile if you're interested and shoot me a friend request! I could use as much good help as I can get!

Hey everyone! This is Chadster, the main developer of this mod. I wanted to apologize deeply for being unable to update the mod recently for the longest of time. You see, a lot of things have gotten to me IRL, so I had to get those out of the way, and while doing so, I lost interest in to the game.

But now, with a little more free time on my hands and the feeling of missing the game in general, it'd be a real shame to let this modpack die! I've put way too much in to this ever since the tools first released, that I won't forgive myself for letting it disappear like this. I'm even surprised its not too far from the first page and is still a 5-Star mod!

Can you please fix the OKW sWS command trucks? there is no way to build them!!!! I love this mod, but I cann't play the faction without this fixed.

I haven't played the game in a long while, and I really want to revive this modpack since I love the game. I might need a few new team members to help me out with the modpack since I'll admit, I've gone rusty with the tools and the game as well.

Its been quite a while before I touched this mod, so I apologize for all the bugs I haven't fixed so far. Several updates in CoH2 made it hard for me to catch up with but I'll do my best within this week to figure out the problems. As for those requesting me to do the British Forces, It'll happen someday, just need more time as things have piled up over me that's been keeping me busy recently.

So once again I apologize and I'll try to fix stuff up asap.

Please fix the bug where ALL American vehicles spawned (not using command points). This is my favourite mod by far.

@Welldone The Pussyhand, of course they dont, blame relic for not at least allowing modders to have replacement voicelines for them(its some cross faction speech code thing that prevents them from having proper or any speech lines)

I'm enjoying your mod so far, everything seems nice, especially wehrmacht faction. You have added all kinds of fun little things to the game. Just to correct a little mistake in Wehr hero unit Simo Häyhä's information, he didn't fight in the Continuation War because of the injuries he suffered from getting shot in the face with an explosive bullet during the Winter War.

Thanks for replying! And sounds good. I agree that the US has that major distinguishing factor so I can understand the reasoning.

Though to be frank, the Wehrmacht already have Volksturm at 95 manpower and 8 men. Able to crew quite a few things with one squad. Going to be hard to beat

Well, yes, that's one of my future plans, giving the ability for every faction to call in fresh vehicle crews as a cheaper solution to man vehicles rather than sacrificing main units. But if you mean the de-crew ability, then I don't think so, I'm quite hesitant on that since its one of the major things that makes the US Faction unique and stand out.

Relic don't releases a patch-fixing beaucause is normal, bazooka and bar are together now to facilitate US players.

Okay, I've tested it out and yes, apparently a patch from Relic broke the Bazooka and Bar racks for the US/AEF.
I'll do my best to fix it and ask around, if not, we'll have to wait until Relic releases a patch-fixing patch.
