why cant you integrate the western former imperial german areas as the german empire but you can integrate switzerland, it would make sense to have the ability to integrate areas like austria, south tyrol, the sudetenland, luxembourg (maybe even lower saxony and limberg) and alsace-lorraine

PLS Developers make Azerbaijan independent. Till 1920 Azerbaijan was independent nation. And in this alternative world also Azerbaijan should be independent bcs in this universe ussr is weak and cannot unite lands so Azerbaijan should be independent till it gets invaded by Ussr.
