Fun mod! Questionable balance, but so is Watcher.
So many of Vivian's combos deal so much damage that it feels almost not worth it to pick up cards that are just damage, though. Notable exceptions are the aforementioned Blitz and Returning Strike, both of which can allow you to stack elemental effects to unprecedented levels. Is it intentional for lightning to double the application of chill/burn/shadow split? It's an extremely powerful tool, and very easy to enable.

Verdict: Kinda busted! But very fun.
While card draw is almost always an issue for her, Reshuffle is such a powerful tool that it can nearly be worth slowing your draws even then. The ability to combo Blitz with Dark Shield/Shadow Sneak can let you output enormous damage and dish out Chill repeatedly with other 0-cost tools, notably Ice Shard.
Ice Shard itself is also incredibly good, essentially being Silent's Blade Dance with added stackable Weak and also letting you combo chill multiple times over. Alongside Diamond Dust, Frost decks are extremely viable for combining defense and offense nearly effortlessly.
Of course, other tools still combine with that plan nicely, like Immolate to get extra damage with each ice shard, Electric to stack multiple ticks of Chill in a single hit, and Dark for... general goodstuffs tools, honestly. A lot of Vivian decks just end up rolling with every element just because she can get away with it.

One thing that could be a little more prominent when viewed from the corner of your eye is the visual effect that shows you which elements are stored.
Also, I do wonder why there's a rare Thunderclap that deals 8 damage and comes with further upsides. Seems oddly overtuned, doesn't it?
Large amounts of Block are also difficult for her to come by, but Chilled helps with that greatly. Not quite as helpful if you're not running an Ice-heavy deck, and certain enemies like Spiker don't care about that at all.
Overall: very fun to play, 10/10 will ladder to Asc 20.

Fun to play. Less complicated than it seems. Animations work very nicely, though slow down a bit on my old laptop. Cute card art.
Veil wearing off at the start of the next turn even if you haven't been attacked kinda feels bad in a lot of fights (notably the Heart) but can be a lifesaver in others, like Tri-Slavers and Shield/Spear. The custom Heart Kill art is a nice touch.
Synergies such as Tasty Tonic + Ice Cream or any form of status removal (including the ones present on her own attacks) + Snow Fort/Charge Up for permanent Strength/Thorns/etc can be a bit of a doozy, but not significantly more so than things present in the base game like Biased Cognition + Clockwork Artifact, or Artifact Potion + Flex.

* The Shadow Damage keyword doesn't explain what Shadow Split is or how to apply it, and it took me until near the end of act 1 before I found a card that applied it, so I was confused for a bit there.
* I'm not too big a fan of the starter relic since it's useless if the enemy doesn't have a turn 1 attack.
* The power icon for Shocked doesn't seem fitting.
* The Shadow Damage visual/audio effect is a bit much, especially if it activates repeatedly.
* Shadow Split probably shouldn't appear on the enemy healthbar. I feel like any healthbar damage indicators from status like Poison should be guaranteed to happen before the enemy's action. As it is now it just gets in the way of calculations.
