I keep getting

is this a load order issue or something else and how can i fix this?

@NOOBERT are you using the scalpel twice on the arm? you have to use it twice to actually get the organ, its bugged.

also just incase youre doing the stupid thing i used to do, only cut open the torso and use the multipurpose scalpel on the body part to get the organ you need

is the multipurpose scalpel broken or am I stupid? I am doing surgery to try to remove a heart but I can't get it to work. I can only recover a liver or a brain, but surgery on the arms doesn't work.

@Strongis13 are you wiring them to toggle_state or set_state? i forgot which is which but one of them will mess up the signal

Is there any trick to getting the wiring output of the surgery table to work correctly? I am trying to wire an alarm to go off whenever the patient is unconscious, or turn a light on whenever the patient is in surgery, but both of these outputs perform unexpectedly. They seem to briefly pulse on and off very quickly, instead of being a continuous signal

A few things,
One, getting a LUA error at game start, reads as:

I've noticed I get a flash of the "Lualess" effect whenever someone pops from pressure, and figured that might be related

Also, does Neurotrauma adjust how quickly the effects of pressure "pop" your character?

When running a campaign, my doctors cannot replace organs due to multi-scalpel needing to be 'enabled'. I have no idea how to enable this as host. Any tips?

@Fizica personally to get a paint huffer to stop huffing paint, i would not give him a gallon of paint to huff

@guns I would like to see a separate drug in the mod that treats chemical addiction/withdrawal. Although the paint can removes 25% of the chemicals from the body, it also adds 5% of the chemical addiction, resulting in a cycle. No matter how long I wait, the addiction does not go away on its own. If I provide the patient with chemicals to satisfy their "thirst," they will eventually run out. I have tried various methods, but I have not found a reliable treatment for this condition. Therefore, I would like to see a separate drug.

you should add a new Temperature system so if a ice spire is nearby you become cold or if your in the hydrothermal wastes you need to get a specific heat proof suit to avoid catching a Deadly fever which would increase your immunity to 150% but decreases electricity skill from sweating increasing your chances of being shocked and making you need to rest or you will pass out from lack of energy a cold suit would also be cool making you immune to frostbite and a cold (decreases your mechanical and weapons skill while messing with your blood pressure making it 95% and making you sneeze) this cannot be cured by anything other than your own immune system and last you could add a Special suit that requires both cold and hot suits Making you immune to both water temperatures

Have you considered making a version compatible with the original AI crew? I really want to play this mod, but it's quite difficult for single-player, which is quite frustrating.

появился забавный баг, если пересадить мозг игрока в тело бота то он хоть и сможет им играть но навыки не переносятся, и в случае перехода по маршруту в случае смерти игра не может прочитать этого "бота", и игра грубо говоря не может начаться

look for better health ui on the workshop, after you install clientside lua it has a better menu that includes a heart beat monitor the scales with fibrillation

Rejoined server- had cardiac tamponade. Cured it, checked myself - fine. Walked 5 feet, collapsed and slowly died. buggy mess 10/10

the normal scalpel is fine but multi-purpose does not work for extracting organs. as a previous commenter said, you can use it twice on a limb to harvest an organ, but for some organs it outright doesnt work

the dev is on break so development is paused (take your time), so hopefully a community fix will be made

@guns so then medics doing "good enough" and temporary trauma response is obsolete? the player medic has to personally address every ailement, lest they turn fatal? is there a little baby option that we can have to allow clinics to heal? XD or a submod somewhere? we really like the complexity and variety, but personal attention takes so long

i've actually had a crew member find out they were O- and immediately flush themself out the airlock without a divesuit because of medics that think like you. in fairness the alternative was to spend the rest of their life in a medically induced coma until we filled up the blood bank. Don't worry, we wouldn't take the organs til later. We're not sadists.

@ThePigeonHero This is intentional. Here is why:
Most of major conditions in this mod have mortal consequences if not treated in a *timed manner*. The items that *lengthen the time between damage and treatment* are moderately expensive and are not intended to be overused, as this worsens the playthrough experience

is the outpost doctor's inability to treat conditions in this mod an oversight, or intentional? we really want to run this mod, but without the support of the paid clinic, every engagement we've been in has turned invariably terminal.

I retract my previous overly aggressive remarks and apologize, but I still insist that the multiple scalpel cannot replace the original organ-cutting knife. Also, currently every organ cut has to be performed twice to actually obtain the organ; otherwise it will only show the “removed” affliction.

@guns there is a issue if a persons gets deheaded you cant put it back on. even if they are alive from "miracle worker" talent. fix please

Don't know if anyone else ever thought of that, or if such thing has been reported already, but, theoretically, if a player spawns with the "O-" type blood (arguably the best one, in short), you can pretty much get infinite amount of zero minus by draining him dry, and then pumping any other type of blood (from which he would get shock, yes, but its far from being extremely lethal), if you start draining his blood again it would be "O-", so you can transform every other blood/empty bag into zero minus.

Dunno if this is intended, or, as I said earlier, if already reported, but, well, the info's here. :PuroAmazed:

Я не понимаю почему у меня в кооп игре не работает нейротраума , я не могу взять анализ крови и применить бинты, на конфликт модов это не похоже т.к я пробовал и без модов только с нейротраумой и самое интересное нейротраума и все моды в моей сборке работают отлично в соло игре но не в коопе

For some reason, bandages don't seem to be working for me and my crew when I enable neurotrauma, does anyone know why this may be?
