・欲求欄が食事、睡眠、娯楽、心情の4種しか表示されない:解決できず
・扉を開閉できない:解決できず
セーブ&ロード、および徴兵、他のポーンによるダウンおよび殺害蘇生では解決できず。解放されている扉は通ることができ、通れる範囲ではベッドや娯楽施設利用、その他仕事等通常のコロニストとして振る舞います。
もし気が向かれましたら、精査いただければ幸いです。

一人を教育する間に3度ほど発生しました。攻撃せず、精神崩壊、徴兵等の行動キャンセルまで対象を追い続けました。

A: There is a risk in hiring amateurs with low skills or people with distorted personalities as instructors. It's safe if you have skill level 10.
It is clear that education needs to be stopped so as not to go too far.
Colonist who lack the required skills or have distorted personalities often have accidents.
2. If you are not a special race, the strength of the race does not matter.

A: There is a risk in hiring amateurs with low skills or people with weak personalities as instructors. It's safe if you have skill level 10.
There are a couple of I've come across that might be worth noting:
1. This mod seems to be incompatible with Gloomy Dragonian Race. The 'Unwavering Loyalty' condition on the health tab doesn't appear for them. If I had to guess, it's due to them having a 'Regeneration' ability that quickly cures health issues. So it might be 'curing' the status this mod afflicts upon the prisoner, thereby making them unbreakable even with via this mod.
2. Xenotypes or races that have abnormally high base melee damage are extremely likely to down, cripple, or even kill wardens that try to break their spirit. I don't consider this a flaw of this mod, because this risk can help discourage players from trying to 'convince' every unwaveringly loyal prisoner to join their colony instead. It is, however, something that should be stressed as high risk.
I was unable to reproduce your problem on my PC.
I have made some improvements to this mod to improve error checking, so please retest if that has resolved the issue.
The latest version of this mod is Ver1.1.3.0. Here's how to force update it:
1. Unsubscribe from this mod
2. Wait a while and then resubscribe to this mod

The "education" this mod provides is just one of the means.
Where are your HugsLib logs? What version of Rimworld are you on?
If necessary, a captive can always be enslaved, and later, when his loyalty is tested, he can be converted into a colonist using the "Simple Slavery Collars" mod, or a ritual from the "Vanilla Ideology Expanded" mod.
Might be outside of your wish but have you considered making some of them truly 'un-breakable'. We've seen plenty of films where there's that one who despite any sort of treatment, they laugh manically through blood soaked teeth.
It's literally breaking someone's will. They refuse to join, so you hurt them until they can't take it anymore. We're the baddies.
