Ah, seems to specifically be "Improved Air Designer" that has some issues

Is this incompatible with tech mods? When i load this up with my vanilla+ (read: non-overhaul) modlist, Japan is missing a leader portrait in Country Selection

For the wp with the US,UK and France it should require Japan or its allies e.g. Thailand to own the required land instead of just Japan as it doesn't give you the option to wp the allies when your puppets own the required land. Good mod though.

how do you get this focus tree background?

do you can make this mod compatible with the road to 56?

i forgor to suggest but one thing u could add is more indepth " reichkommisariat" system for japan

An absolutely incredible mod in ever way. Beautiful focus tree art, tons of stuff to make Japan feel really unique in terms of playstyle and war. Incredibly robust, wide as an ocean, and deep as one too. Spectacular stuff, genuinely.

nevermind, at least some leader change was due to another mod I had, turns out "Integrate unique commanders" changes vanilla files

Also I don't get why you give Taiwan etc. to your puppet China on historical

Petain and Wang Jingwei don't exist. Von Neurath misses a portrait. When you join Axis, your Co-Prosperity allies don't follow, only puppets.

Correct @HyperDimension Bliss! Currently this mod is integrated with Victory’s March which included overhauls for many mods.

While I am currently quite busy updating it with new focuses, I will try sometime in the future to provide an update here.

Loving this mod! Unfortunately, it seems to no longer work properly with the latest hoi4 update, as the reichskomissariats seem to disappear completely with the mod enabled. Hoping things get fixed soon!
